I was really in for it as I had no idea what to expect & the first day was brutal!! I wanted to start a program in April to meet some aesthetic goals. After lots of digging, I choose the Two Week Shred Challenge from 2019. I can lift for 30-45 minutes and be able to get though that without feeling like I'm dying. I spent 15 minutes with Chloe today and had to tap out. I really want to finish this program but even on day one, I . i lost around 5lbs from that challenge iirc. i saw some subtle results by the end of the 2 weeks. stick to it and keep going! you WILL see results if you're consistent and commited. While I have never fully finished, I did the 2 week shred last summer and got amazing results.
