They’re kind of like Zappos. They sell authentic items, just tends to be older stock and that’s why there are often discounts. I lodged my complaint 2 days ago and am still waiting to hear back. I decided to do a google search to see if I could find out more information, and to my surprise, a lot of other people complained about receiving a fake Gucci bag .

Here's what I think probably happened. I think Bluefly used a bad picture, a picture of a non-authentic bag. Perhaps this picture was back from when they had issues with bluefly before?? The reason I think it is not the appropriate picture for the bag is because the description says it's a green bag. That bag is not green.
