Happy enough if it's not going to appreciate, but would be unhappy if it's so much a knock-off that no-one would ver pay anything more than £50 for one! The Waterbury Clock Co., (which was absorbed by U S Time, or Timex), and Ingersoll (Ingersoll Brothers five and dime, New York City, also now part of Timex, used Waterbury movements as well) were producing these in the 1930s.
