I think this is probably because of some combination of not being a sports model in the Rolex lineup and not having a definitive design identity like most of Rolex's other models. The Rolex Cellini is a very nice watch. For the slim case and screw down crown, you can't get better. However, it does not have a bracelet (bracelet means steel) but comes with a leather strap. I don't have a Cellini but am tempted to buy one as I quite like the look of it.
